Agile Continuous Improvement Management (ACIM) is a framework for developing new and improved business processes. This model encompasses Lean, Six Sigma, Value Creation, and Agility as its core principles hence extending from the prevalent Lean Six Sigma methodology. It incorporates a top-down and bottom-up hybrid approach where Top Leaders develop agile strategies that flow down and frontline employees who interact directly with customers react to Voice of Customer and send feedback up through a process called ‘catchball’.
This course is designed to enable leaders, managers and employees at all level to implement a Continuous Improvement programme that is fit for the current rapid changing business environment. This course is a great substitute for Six Sigma Black Belt programme.
